After sitting with grief and heaviness, this episode explores what it looks like to intentionally move toward light, creativity, and confidence -- especially in the midst of a world that can feel overwhelming and painful.
It’s a reflection on choosing hope, surrounding ourselves with what nourishes us, and continuing forward with courage, even when circumstances are hard.
